Why use meditation?

The aim of meditation is to relieve stress caused to people by disputes. These disputes may be related to:

  • Neighbourhood disputes
  • Youth crime
  • Race & homophobic harassment
  • Conflict in schools
  • workplace disputes
  • Commercial & organisational disputes

Mediation is:

  • A voluntary process
  • Based on goodwill
  • A process where people compromise and bring creative and practical solutions to problems
  • As easy and as short as the parties want to make it

Mediation is not:

  • A trial to find out who is guilty
  • A forum to blame or undermine people
  • A long and difficult process

The Mediators

Our role is to use a sequence of steps to guide people in dispute to a solution, which they identify, select and jointly agree.

We are experienced and trained in more than one discipline of mediation.

We have no authority to tell you what to do.

We do not judge, give advice or an opinion but create a safe environment for you to build upon agreement for a better future.
